1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using CreatioMCP software or the CreatioMCP website (creatiomcp.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our software or website.

2. Software License

CreatioMCP is offered under three editions:

Community Edition — free and open-source, available on GitHub under its respective license.
SMB Edition — commercial license for teams, billed monthly.
Enterprise Edition — commercial license for organizations, billed annually per developer.

Commercial licenses are granted upon purchase and are subject to the specific license agreement provided with the software. All licenses are for on-premises use only.

3. On-Premises Deployment

CreatioMCP is designed to run on your own infrastructure. You are responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and security of the software within your environment. ITSC does not access your systems unless explicitly authorized for support purposes.

4. Intellectual Property

CreatioMCP, its name, logo, and documentation are the intellectual property of ITSC. The Community Edition source code is available under its open-source license. Commercial edition code remains proprietary.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

CreatioMCP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. ITSC does not warrant that the software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Commercial edition customers receive support as defined in their license agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITSC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of CreatioMCP, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of CreatioMCP after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Moldova. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Moldova.
